Citroën made a pretty feeble attempt to keep the owners manuals up-to-date for North American DS's. Most of these manuals for USA/Canadian cars contain outdated photos and information that were recycled from owners manuals from previous years. Also, you will see that sometimes they added pages for North American configuration changes by stapling or gluing additional pages on top of the outdated page.

* This owners manual is incorrectly showing the early 1969 USA dashboard (Jaeger rocker switches) along with pages specifically discussing LHM. This configuration never existed in the USA, or anywhere else in the world. So this owners manual has major configuration problems. Someone screwed this one up back when the car was new!​
